Natalie Riggins, Real Estate Broker
Riggins & Associates began in 1990 by Natalie Noble-Riggins. Natalie was inspired by her father, Victor Noble, who founded Venco Realty on the Monterey Peninsula in the 1970’s. Venco Realty was a thriving brokerage for roughly 40 years until Victor Noble’s passing in 2016. Venco was well known and respected on the peninsula. Natalie became a licensed Real Estate Broker after graduating from California State University, Sacramento in 1981. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs. Her father’s long legacy is a guiding light and beacon for how she engages with her clients and her community.
Riggins & Associates has been helping clients buy and sell residential property since 1990. The home buying process has changed and morphed over the years with market highs and market lows. We have had to navigate through the crash of 2008 with short sale mortgage negotiations and purchases of bank-owned properties. Understanding the market and knowing our options has helped us stay flexible and nimble as conditions fluctuated.
